External Hemorrhoids Treatment


Hemorrhoids are a condition that causes discomfort and pain to millions of people today. What are External Hemorrhoids?     Surgical treatment is required, when hemorrhoid become worse. In surgery, that external growth is operated by surgeon are painful. People need to take rest from daily routine work and its costly too. So, commonly external hemorrhoids treatments are:

  • Haemorrhoidectomy- This technique is used to remove severe hemorrhoids. It is usually a day procedure and is carried out under a general anesthetic to remove swellings inside and around of rectum.

  • Stapled Haemorrhoidopexy- The area of tissue with hemorrhoid is stitched higher up your anal canal. This means your hemorrhoids won’t come out your anus anymore and will shrink gradually.

    Healthy & Balanced diet:

  • Our dietary habits are the root cause of most of the health issues. It slows down the digestive system causing irregular bowl movement and increasing inflammation. This causes more pain and irritation.

  • Drinking good amounts of water prevents constipation. Having 3-4Lt. of water each day, make one’s digestive system smooth and regulates it.

  • Salads like cucumber, Carrot have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which are beneficial for curing hemorrhoids. They also include vitamin C and K, which are known to improve vein health.





  • Good Bathroom Habits:

  • When you feel like you have to go, don't hold it in. That can lead to straining and more pressure. Go as soon as you can when you feel the urge.

  • If toilet paper is irritating, try dampening it first, be gentle. Use pre-moistened wipes, cotton balls, or alcohol-free wipes.





  • Self Help to Reduce Pain & Itching:

  • Take warm baths. Soak in a bathtub filled with warm water for about 5-10 minutes once, in a day.
  • Ice pack on the trouble spot several times a day. It can dull pain and bring down the swelling for a little while.
  • Wear loose, soft & cotton fabric clothes. It keeps the area aired out and keeps moisture away.



  • Exercise & Postures:

  • On regular basis, exercise & yoga keeps your digestion healthy.

  • Physical activities, light weight exercise are helpful in proper blood supply in your body.
  • Always should be in correct postures & avoid long sitting periods.
